Hi everyone! Yesterday, June 3, I went to both the Yale University Art Gallery and the Yale Center for British Art. I took myself on a date there and made it a full afternoon in Downtown New Haven on one of the most beautiful days we’ve had so far this year. Below are pictures of both my afternoon and also photos from the Yale University Art Gallery. I focused mainly on the first floor because it had so many different parts of the world featured, so my pictures are all from the first floor exhibits. After visiting the museums I drove to Long Wharf Drive to the food trucks, got an early dinner, and sat by the water to eat it. Overall it was a great day, and I highly recommend visiting both of the museums.

Perfect as one of your photo essays...! I felt like you took us along with you. Capping the day off with a trip to the harbor and the food truck was a fun way to end....
ReplyDeleteLooks like you had a lot of fun that day Katelyn! I enjoyed the African art exhibit as well at Yale's Art Gallery. The picture of the puppet head is awesome and the detail in that piece is beautiful.
